Ok peoples,help me out here I just received my oral HCG drops and a 500 calorie cookbook now all I need is information on how this diet works.What is phase 1,2,3,& 4? How long does each phase last? What are the foods I should and should not eat on each phase? Is there any vitamins [...]

hcg diet drops and ambien?

I am starting the HCG diet (drops) tomorrow and I am concerned that my ambien I take for sleep may interact with it. does anybody know if it will?
