Can you skip the gorge days and go right into the 500 calorie diet starting the HCG phase 2 ? What happens if you dont gorge?

I have been looking into the HCG injections and it comes with a 500 calorie diet a day. My question to you is have you tried it? did it work? are there any bad side affects? Can you please tell me what you can about this diet?
