I was so excited when I first started this diet plan. I have called my dr with all my questions about what I could and couldn’t have. I have a food diary and am keeping track of everything I eat. My husband started the same day as me and has lost 10 pounds. I am feeling a little frustrated…can anything help?

don’t worry.
5 pounds in a week is amazing! no matter what diet your on!

but if you’re husband was bigger than you or had a faster metabolism, or a lot of different other factors, it can be easier for him to lose weight.
