A friend told me about the HCG diet and I was wondering if anyone else has tried it and what their results were. If not would you want to try it and if you think it’s worth it. Also would anyone know if it would mess with my birth control?

Anyone done the HCG Diet? My question is this: I know you have to use the 500 calorie per day but?
