Obesity is still misunderstood by most mainstream doctors, but science has since validated most of his theories.
It’s well worth reading his book before embarking on the program, as there are other programs that mimic this one such as the homeopathic HCG diet, which is not approved as a weight loss supplement and in all probability does not actually contain any HCG.
Remember, genetically engineered forms of HCG are incomplete!

Vegetarians are often concerned because the mainstay of the diet seems to be eating a steak each day. There is no need to worry about this as you can replace the steak with soy; rice or pea purified protein powder, as long as it is free from carbohydrates.
